About

The top four risk management mistakes that are made during a software development project:

1.  The benefits of risk management are not presented to business owners

2.  Not assessing the most common risks in projects

3.  Not providing adequate time for risk assessment

4.  Not identifying and assessing risks in a standardized fashion

Who We Are....

Our Mission

We are efficient, experienced and offer high value project management services to our clients. Our success and future depend on making our clients successful. We use advanced project management methodology and we do whatever it takes to ensure our client's success by managing their projects to complete on-time and within budget.

Company Profile

Plain and simple -

We do Enterprise Project Management.

Everything we take on, from Enterprise software implementations, application development projects to infrastructure projects, is geared toward making each project successful.

We understand what it takes to ensure project success. Working with projects is what we do every day. There is no magic or silver bullet. Our specialty lies in planning projects and managing the project to the plan and having the experience to know how to avoid or work around problems which can delay or cause projects to fail.

There are plenty of "paper" certified project manager who only know how to follow one project methodology. It takes much more than simply following a methodology to ensure successful projects. We believe effective project management is based on three fundamental principles: being tenacious, maintaining excellent communication throughout the life of the project, and knowing how and when to apply business and technical common sense.

Our approach is unique: we are efficient, experienced and offer high value for the time we spend. Our clients enjoy the benefits of principals with more than 12 years of technical PM experience. We don't hand off the work to junior managers, and we don't believe in wasting time or our clients' money on flawed concepts, plans or other programs that have little or no ROI.

If you are committed to an aggressive project management program, let us know how we can help you.
